Welcome, I’m Chris Matera a school committee member here in Sutton Massachusetts. Sutton is a wonderful community in the Blackstone Valley. Our School district is no less wonderful, home to excellent academics and with competitive sports teams.
Sutton enrolls around 1,280 students K-12 making it small enough that every child can receive the attention they need.
So why this website? I plan on using this website as a platform to share issues, important events and other bits of information which I find interesting. This website is my own, all of the opinions on the website are mine – meaning they in no way speak for the School Committee, or the Sutton Public Schools 🙂
Just a quick word on navigation navigation tab – the About item is really who I am and what I’m “about.” The Issues tab has some issues that really are important to me. Posts contain my thoughts on the latest issues in Education, and the FAQ item is a list of frequently asked questions.
